History
In 2009 our subsidiary company Weitnauer Türkiye, previously known as DemGlobalBrands, started working with Mast-Jägermeister SE in Turkiye and Northern Cyprus for both Domestic and Travel Retail Channels.
For us, especially in domestic markets, the distribution business is not only logistical support and stock management, – it’s so much more!
The biggest work is dedicated towards brand awareness, effective campaigns, and marketing, – all required steps for successful brand development in the market.
The SUCCESS in the market
The success came with sustainable investment in our development and Jägermeister’s trust in us. As we started with Jägermeister, over 15 years, our company expanded its brand portfolio in spirits, invested in human resources for an experienced team of professionals, and developed its sales structure reaching more than 20,000 points all over Turkiye and Northern Cyprus with 23 exclusive regional distributors.
We launched Jägermeister Manifest in our markets in 2022 and had more than 20 consumer events, festivals, and effective campaigns in 2023. Turkiye was also one of the test markets for Jägermeister Cold Brew in 2023, which will have a bigger launch in 2024.
With a strong Weitnauer Türkiye team and support of the Mast-Jägermeister SE we reached enormous results in the market – 1 million bottles of sales in 2023.
To celebrate this huge milestone, Weitnauer Türkiye was awarded with a trip to South Africa.
Jägermeister has become a beloved brand among the youth in Turkiye, as evidenced by its leadership position in the liqueur category according to both Nielsen and IWSR reports. Renowned for its widespread consumption of shots and its popularity in the country’s cocktail trends, Jägermeister stands as a preferred choice among consumers, enabling the #BestNights
